We have a large variety of equipment in our facility fitted with top of the range brands such as; Hammer Strength, Precor, Techno Gym, Life Fitness, Matrix, Mani and many more!

Ladies Gym

Enclosed female only gym area with free weights, and an assortment of plate, cable and pinloaded machines.

Boxing Studio

Designated boxing section with speed balls, boxing ring and a variety of punching bags.

Main Gym

Expansive mixed gym with a large variety of equipment ranging from free weights, dumbbells, squat racks, deadlift platforms, pendulum squat to cable/plate and pin loaded machines.

Cardio Sections

With up and down stairs designated cardio sections ranging from Sairmasters and 10+ Treadmills, AMPT/Elipticals and Exercise Bikes.

Always feel better having staff on 24/7. There are some good equipment available and in general there is a good vibe about. Also there is a boxing section which is really awesome.

Great environment, heaps of equipment, always clean! Staff always happy to help with any questions you might have! They also have a great range of supplements in the facility.

Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Gets busy at time but what gym doesn’t. Plenty of equipment to access. Open 24/7 which means you work out when you want. Would recommend to anyone who is interested in a workout. Fellow gym goers have been super helpful too. Such a great environment to work out in.

Friendly staff, always service with a smile. Gym equipment is really good with ample parking as well. Evenings are really busy but 24x7 access makes it easy to exercise at your own ease and pace.
