Unstaffed hours - casual entry conditions & bluetooth checkin
Please read the following carefully. By entering the facility during unstaffed hours, you agree to these conditions:
- No entry for members under 18. Members under the age of 18 are not permitted in the facility during unstaffed hours under any circumstances.
- One entry per member. Do not hold the door open for others or bring guests. Every person in the facility must scan in with their own credentials. Tailgating is a serious breach and may result in membership suspension and a callout fee.
First time users
Do not initiate this process unless you are within 2 minutes of the gym (ie seated in your car).
This is a 3 minute process if you have the following items ready to input.
- Your license/photo to upload
- You need your credit card number, expiry, and cvv ready
- After completing the registration and payment, your phone will attempt to install an app called "gymmaster". install that, login with the username and password you chose during registration
- Phone Bluetooth must be on
