*All members have 24/7 access, please note, occassionally staff hours may change due to staff personal circumstances. However, the gym is accessible 24/7 for casuals via bluetooth/phone app access which is 5 minutes to register the 1st time, and 60 seconds thereafter on subsequent visits.
General Staffed hours
We are a 24/7 gym for all members. Our friendly Staff are available during the following hours for tours, membership signups, and general support.
Below are the usual staffed hours. Public holidays may vary, and noted above as needed.
For casuals that want to access during unstaffed hours, you can make a payment at the door via Qr and access via your mobile phone bluetooth.
Monday and Tuesday: 11am – 9pm
Wednesday: 11am to 8pm
Thursday : 11am – 8pm
23 July: due to staff illness, opening will be at 12 noon. Members have 24/7 access. Casuals, please use the automated QR code registration
Friday: 11am – 4pm
Saturday: 9am – 3pm
Sunday: 12pm – 3pm (varied per staff availability):
